Southcourt-Business-Package Home
At first glance the Southcourt Business Package seems a good deal with the basic idea being that you get a complete startup package for £595. However if you manage to get hold of one I think Southcourt is a bit overpriced by comparison with the competition.
The main competition I found was
1. Lets Do Lettings - £595
2. Southcourt Property Lettings Package - £595
3. Letting 4 Success - £280
Although Lets do Lettings and the Southcourt Letting Package are both the same price, when I did a comparison it was clear that the Lets Do Lettings package was way more up to date with what is really happening and had way better website options. Also to be honest I liked Andrew of Lets Do Lettings much more than I did Mike of Southcourt. The main thing that impressed me was that Andrew had started at scratch just a couple of years ago and made it all work, wheras Mike from Southcourt seemed a bit of an old duffer who was trading on past glories of 10 years back when things were different. I could be wrong of course, but that is how it struck me from speaking with both of them.
